This qualification is intended for those who manage and maintain the quality of assessment from within an organisation or assessment centre.

This course will qualify the candidate to act as a Lead Internal Quality Assurer (Lead IQA). These roles exist in further education colleges, independent training providers and apprenticeship providers.
It will also be a useful qualification for those responsible for managing the quality of training and/or assessment within workplace training.

Learners undertaking this qualification will be able to understand the principles and practices of internally assuring the quality of assessment and internally assure the quality of assessment.

Learners must be aged 19+ years to be enrolled onto this course. If enrolling to this course as an individual, you must be working or have access to a training or teaching environment as you are required to carry out quality assurance in a live environment as part of the qualification.
